At AI DOST, operated by Visual Bench Technologies, we respect your privacy and collect only the minimum information needed to run the service.
Solely to create and authorise your account, deliver your login credentials, give you access to the content you have subscribed to, and save your learning progress.
Your data is used only to operate AI DOST. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data, and we do not use it anywhere outside the app for marketing or any other purpose.
AI DOST is an educational app used by school children, typically with a parent or guardian. Accounts are created with a parent's or guardian's mobile number and email. We collect only the limited information listed above, never more than is needed to deliver lessons and save progress, and we never use it for advertising.
Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway (Razorpay); we do not store your card or UPI details. Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can review or update your details from your profile at any time, or request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing sales@visualbench.com.
